tht89 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods tailored to Indonesian Players, including bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process.
E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed 24/7 with instant crediting to your Account balance. tht89 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees on their end, which are beyond our control.
All transactions on tht89 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or bank will convert the amount to IDR at their prevailing exchange rate, and you may incur currency conversion fees. We strongly recommend depositing directly in IDR to avoid conversion charges.
To request a withdrawal, log into your Account, navigate to the Withdrawal section, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that has been verified through our KYC process.

E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed 24/7 with typical processing times of 1 to 4 hours. Please note that while tht89 processes withdrawals promptly, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional processing delays on their end, which are beyond our control.
Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed under the following circumstances:

tht89 does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount you will receive in your bank account or e-wallet. However, your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees on their end, which we cannot control or reimburse.

Upon Account closure for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new Accounts in the future.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after meeting all wagering requirements and pending any withdrawal processing) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.
